July 2, 2021:

  • Deadline to volunteer to serve on the Program Committee

  • Abstract submission portal opens

  • Deadline for workshop proposals

December 8, 2021:

  • Registration window opened and abstract acceptance emails were sent

January 1, 2022:

  • All authors of abstracts must have registered for the conference and indicated their preference for the format of their presentation in order to be included in the tailored portion of the program (virtual, in-person, or both)

January 7, 2022:

January 15, 2022:

  • All authors of contributed abstracts must have registered for the conference and indicated their preference for the format of their presentation in order to be included in the program (virtual, in-person, or both). If you missed the January 1st deadline, you will be put into a "sampler" session of your venue choice rather than a subject-area session.
