Ability to play an effective role in the life and work of the Department as a whole
Ability to work co-operatively within a small group of colleagues

The role-holder will be responsible for training a new generation of students in overall state-of-the-art computational and quantitative approaches, including one or more of the following: advanced spatial analysis; simulation and modelling; big data analysis and data-mining. Duties of the role will also include examination, assessment, administration, and outreach.

The successful applicant will benefit from the world-class facilities offered by the University and the generous support of research and teaching provided by the Department and the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research, which intends to promote cutting-edge developments in this field.
