Day/Time: Fri, March 29, 8:00-10:00 AM.

Description: Online resources for teaching anthropology are accessible, helpful, and mostly free. But these resources also vary in value, and it can be a challenge to incorporate them into your curriculum. Participants are asked to bring their laptops and information about sources that have worked (or not) in their classrooms. We will also discuss teaching students how to evaluate online resources.

Organizers: Marilyn London, University of Maryland (mlondon@hers.com), Susan Kirkpatrick Smith, Kennesaw State University (ssmith1@kennesaw.edu), Gwyn Madden, Grand Valley State University (mumiyas@hotmail.com). Preregistration required.
