This posting is for a full-time position as a field-based forensic anthropologist/osteologist for ODAIT's excavations at the site of the former Tuam Mother and Baby Institution (Co. Galway, Ireland). ODAIT seeks the services of Human Osteoarchaeologists / Forensic Anthropologists to work on site full time, as part of a multidisciplinary team undertaking the recovery of human remains recovered from the Tuam Site in accordance with the Institutional Burials Act 2022 and forensic best practice. These individuals will be required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team who are recording and excavating human remains and associated evidence from the Site.
