Annual Business Meeting–Open to ALL members
Our LIVE Annual Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday April 14, 2021, from 4:00-5:30pm (Eastern Time)
You do not have to be registered for the annual meeting to attend (or vote during) the business meeting, but you must register to attend the Annual Meeting Webinar.

As a voting member of the AAPA you will be asked to vote during the meeting. Voting will be LIVE. There are no proxy votes, absentee votes, or multiple votes allowed. An email containing your voting link will be sent on April 13th and on April 14th, prior to the meeting. Make sure to keep an eye out for an email labeled “AAPA VOTING MEMBER LINK” sent from AAPA Headquarters. During the voting session, you will be asked to provide your email address and member number to cast your vote. This one link will be used to cast your vote on all ballots during the meeting. The vote to approve the Treasurer’s Report will begin at approximately 4:30pm (Eastern Time)
The vote to change the name of the Association will begin at approximately 5:00pm (Eastern Time).
