NSF is pleased to announce a new DCL (Dear Colleague Letter) for supplements (pending availability of funds) to current NSF awardees for generating resources for K-12 AI Education: Expanding K-12 Resources For AI Education | NSF – National Science Foundation (https://www.nsf.gov/funding/opportunities/dcl-expanding-k-12-resources-ai-education). Interested awardees are encouraged to read the DCL and look at existing AI Education Frameworks to understand how their work might apply. Examples of AI Education Frameworks include, but are not limited to:

Interested awardees should write to their cognizant program officer (Rebecca Ferrell rferrell@nsf.gov or Marta Alfonso-Durruty malfonso@nsf.gov), cc’ing nsf-aiew@nsf.gov, with a brief description of what work you intend to support with the supplement request. Applications for this supplement are due on December 1st, 2025.
