The Su lab focuses on the human immune response in autoimmunity, vaccination, and infection. We are recruiting one highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to study how HIV infection impairs T cell memory and disrupts immune reconstitution. We use advanced immunology tools to interrogate the human T cell biology at the single cell level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in molecular cloning, protein purification, Next-Gen sequencing analysis, tissue culture, and flow cytometry. Familiarity with programing and statistics is highly desired but not required.
Qualified candidate must have a recent Ph.D. or M.D. High level of independence and the ability to think critically are expected. Excellent organization and time management skills are required as well as a strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with all members of the lab and external collaborators.
