Our 95th Annual Meeting will take place in Denver, Colorado, from March 18-21, 2026.

- July 1, 2025: Deadline to volunteer for 2026 Program Committee
- July 15, 2025: Invited Symposium submission proposal portal opens
- August 15, 2025: Deadline for Invited Symposium proposals
- September 15, 2025: Abstract submission portal opens
- October 15, 2025: Deadline for Abstract submissions and Student Award Applications
- November 15, 2025: Deadline for Workshop Proposal submissions
- January 30, 2026: Undergraduate Research Symposium abstract submissions
Deadlines for 2026 prizes and awards:
- October 15, 2025: Nomination deadline for Darwin, Lasker, and AABA and Leakey Foundation Communication & Outreach Award in Honor of Camilla Smith Awards.
- October 15, 2025: Student Presentation Award applications due
- December 5, 2025: Pollitzer Student Travel Award submissions
- January 5, 2026: Cobb Professional Development Award submissions
- January 30, 2026: Undergraduate Research Symposium abstract submissions
- February 16, 2026: Student Volunteer applications due
