- February 15, 2027: Deadline for Student Volunteer applications
- April 2, 2027: Deadline for 2027 Academic Hooding Ceremony participants
Deadlines for 2027 prizes and awards:
- October 15, 2026: Nomination deadline for Darwin, Lasker, Midcareer, and AABA and Leakey Foundation Communication & Outreach Award in Honor of Camilla Smith Awards.
- October 15, 2026: Student Presentation Award application submissions due. You must fill out a form (available soon) to submit along with your abstract submission.
- December 5, 2026: Pollitzer Student Travel Award submissions (presentation not required to apply)
- January 5, 2027: Cobb Professional Development Award submissions
