Forensic archaeology short course – Excavation of Human Skeletal Remains

Western Carolina University is offering a one week continuing education class on forensic archaeology from 20-24 June 2022 in Cullowhee, NC.

This course is geared toward graduate students, although advanced undergraduates and other professionals are very welcome.

Participants will learn forensic archaeology search and recovery methods and work in small groups to excavate real skeletal remains from some of our donors in our human decomposition facility, the FOREST.
