Katrina is interested in how the use of large animal food resources, particularly marrow, impacted human biological and behavioral evolution through the application of methods like 3D modeling, differential geometry, and machine learning. She is also a co-founder of the AMAAZE research consortium and Science and Social Studies Adventures, a K-12 educational nonprofit.
