Kent State University’s Department of Anthropology invites applications for a full-time, Tenure track position. The successful candidate will join a growing department with excellent research and educational programs. For this position, we are looking for applicants with a specialization in brain evolution and/or cognition using a broad comparative research agenda that uses nonhuman primate models to inform human evolution. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D at the time of hire and postdoctoral experience is desirable. This position is available at the assistant or associate professor rank; candidates at the associate professor level are expected to have a history of successful extramural funding.
