Lecturer in Anatomy

The Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences at the University of Missouri School of Medicine is seeking a non-tenure track lecturer to begin in the Fall of 2015. The primary responsibility of this position will be anatomical education for graduate students, medical students, and/or undergraduate nursing and health care professions students.

Qualifications

Preference will be given to individuals with experience teaching a lab-based human gross anatomy course. Candidates with interests in morphology-based research and whose interests complement those of current faculty in the Integrative Anatomy group (http://anatomy.missouri.edu) will be given priority. The Integrative Anatomy Group provides a collegial environment with substantial opportunities for intellectual creativity and diverse research. Applicants should be committed to excellence in teaching and scholarship. The position requires a PhD or MD, or equivalent professional training and expertise.
