Lecturer/Associate Professor in Evolutionary Anthropology
The Department of Anthropology at UCL invites applications for a Lecturer/Associate Professor in Evolutionary Anthropology. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out high-quality research and contribute to teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate courses, to develop and teach advanced Undergraduate and Taught Graduate (Masters) courses in the appointee’s area of specialisation, and to contribute to teaching research methods at all levels.
The post is available from September 2019.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate must hold a PhD in a relevant discipline. The candidate will have a proven record of ability to conduct high quality research which is reflected in the authorship of high quality publications or other outputs in evolutionary anthropology. They should also possess the ability to teach evolutionary anthropology and specialist courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
