Assistant or Associate Professor of Anatomy

The Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) seeks an educator in Anatomy at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to teach first and second-year medical students. Preference will be given to applicants who can teach in a cadaver-based clinically orientated Gross Anatomy and/or Neuroanatomy courses (lectures and labs). The successful applicant must have a Ph.D. in human anatomy, anthropology or a related field. Prior teaching experience in a medical or biomedical anatomy program is a plus. The faculty member is expected to contribute to the development of scholarly programs in areas of their choosing.
