Main task: To study the connection between humans and metal pollution in Roman and Medieval times. Specific projects will be: 1. Intra- inter-skeletal variation, 2. Connection between metals and infectious diseases, 3. Metals and mother-baby environment. Training in isotopic and elemental (metals) techniques will be provided as part of the project.

Other tasks: to write her/him own articles as well as to collaborate with other members of the team publications. To participate in teaching activities is on demand and will depend on availability of time.

The PhD will be supervised by Dr. Olalla López-Costas, co-supervisor will be discussed in relation to the PhD plan.
