The Division of Anthropology at the American Museum of Natural History will host the 2021 Distinguished Lecture in Anthropology virtually on Wednesday, December 15, at 2 pm ET. We welcome all colleagues to join us.

This year's topic, "What osteological collections can tell us", will consist of a panel of four experts who will reflect on what can be learned from human skeletal collections using state-of-the-art technologies and practicing descendant community engagement. We welcome Dr. Sabrina Agarwal (University of California, Berkeley), Dr. Alyssa Bader (University of Colorado, Boulder), Dr. Heather Edgar (University of New Mexico), and Dr. Fatimah Jackson (Howard University) for the discussion, which will be moderated by Dr. Ashley Hammond (AMNH).

Registration is required for the lecture. https://tinyurl.com/54frndx4
