The American Journal of Biological Anthropology (AJBA) is looking for a new editor or editors to take over the Media Reviews section of the AJBA. The position involves (1) staying on top of any new media items that would be relevant to the AJBA readership, (2) soliciting qualified reviewers, (3) light copy-editing, (4) handling reviews of the review manuscripts, and (5) amplifying review items and reviewers on the AJBA’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter).

To help with the transition, the incoming editor(s) will initially work closely with outgoing co-editors, Lauren Schroeder and Graciela Cabana, and with Trudy Turner, the Editor-in-Chief of the AJBA.

Potential applicants should send an email to Dr. Trudy Turner ([email protected]) with a one-paragraph application addressing the above considerations, and a copy of their CV.

Please visit www.ajbareviews.com for more information on the position.
