Childcare at AABA 2027 in Philadelphia

AABA is committed to subsidizing childcare for attendees at the 96th Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. Childcare support is available to any registered participant in the AABA 2027 program; you do not need to be presenting to use this service.

AABA is offering two options for families traveling to Philadelphia who need childcare from Wednesday, March 31 through Saturday, April 3, 2027. You must choose one option only; mix-and-match is not possible.

Option 1: FREE On-Site Childcare Center

Camp AABA — An Adventure for Kids is our FREE on-site childcare option. It will be available 8:00 AM–9:00 PM on Wednesday, March 31, and 8:00 AM –7:00 PM on Thursday–Saturday, April 1–3.

Taming Toddlers will again be AABA’s childcare service. They have provided superior daycare services for our meeting for several years. Rest assured that your child(ren) will be in a fun, active, and caring environment while you are in your sessions.

Children of any age can participate in childcare, but children six years and older participating in the on-site childcare (Camp AABA) must be vaccinated against Covid-19. To request a vaccine waiver, please contact AABA President Anne Stone.

Option 2: Caregiver Grants

AABA can fund up to ten caregiver grants of $350. This grant supports the cost of bringing a caregiver for your child(ren) to Philadelphia. To support as many families as possible, each family is limited to one grant. The first ten requests will receive funding. Funding requests must be received by March 1, 2027.
